Loyalty Card Program opens to all customers age 15 years or above, except for Company Name Staffs and their immediate family members. To receive the points, you must present your Loyalty Card before the transaction when purchasing tickets at the Box Office. You can also receive the points while purchasing tickets through online. Without presenting or absence of the Card, you are not eligible for Company Name Loyalty service. Points will not be awarded if tickets are redeemed by means of a Complementary Pass, reward tickets or any other free ticket promotions. Loyalty Card points and rewards are non-refundable and non-transferable. In case of loss or damage of your card, please kindly visit Company Names and fill up the form for card replacement, Rs.100 charge will be applicable for the replacement of new card.
